AP Limited Editions honors Stanislaw Wyspianski (1869-1907), a young Polish designer and writer in a new Palekh rendition of the artist’s enhancements to the ancient church of St. Francis in Cracow.

In one of history’s  greatest artistic ensembles of Polish church redecoration,  Wyspianski  blended art nouveau forms to historical Polish ones. The ancient Gothic Franciscan Church was recreated with floral and folk motifs, abstract design and geometrical forms.
