The AP Limited Editions pen is a hand-crafted product and therefore no two pens are identical. Customers are advised to be mindful when handing the AP Limited Editions pen to avoid damage which may happen if mishandled or dropped.

We assume full responsibility for any defects found in the functioning of our fine writing instruments and will replace or repair any defects reported by our customers/dealers on receipt of pens. We will provide full service for a pen, free of charge, where a defect is identified and accepted by our team of technicians. However, should the defect be a result of an accident/misuse or abuse, (knocks/crushing/dropped/alteration/unauthorized repair); or simply due to normal wear and aging of the pen, we will first provide an estimate of the cost of service and then repair the defect upon receipt of payment.

Please provide a duly completed certificate of warranty before returning a pen to us for servicing to the address stated below.
